We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, billing details, and uploaded image files. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, usage patterns, and API request logs to operate and improve the service.

Your information is used to: deliver and maintain ImgCloud services; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional and service-related communications; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; and improve platform performance through aggregated analytics.

All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Uploaded images are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with redundant backups.

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing (Razorpay), cloud infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account termination, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact support@imgcloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

ImgCloud uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and gather analytics data. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though certain platform features may not function correctly without them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below and notify registered users by email for material changes.
