By creating an account or accessing ImgCloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

ImgCloud provides cloud-hosted image storage, optimization, transformation, and CDN delivery services via a web platform and API. Service features are subject to change and may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

You agree not to upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. You must not use ImgCloud to distribute malware, conduct phishing, facilitate fraud, or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activity performed under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@imgcloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to ImgCloud. By uploading, you grant ANISH a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ImgCloud you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We aim for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use ImgCloud, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
