We want every customer to feel confident transacting with ImgCloud. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are issued, with no ambiguity.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ANISH, the operator of ImgCloud, processes refund requests and account cancellations. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.
You may cancel your ImgCloud subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will remain active with full access until the cycle ends — no immediate downgrade.
Refunds are considered in the following circumstances: (a) duplicate charges resulting from a billing system error; (b) charges made after a confirmed cancellation request that was submitted before the billing date; (c) fraudulent transactions verified by our payment processor. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed charge.
The following are explicitly non-refundable: partially used subscription periods, completed billing cycles regardless of usage, one-time add-on purchases, and API usage fees already consumed. Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the difference.
Email support@imgcloud.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]". Include your registered email address, transaction ID or invoice number, and a brief description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Razorpay, our payment processor, may take additional time to settle funds. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter by emailing support@imgcloud.com with the subject "Escalation — Refund Dispute". We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.
ANISH reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of ImgCloud after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
